Q: How long will my order take to reach me?
A: After the order has been placed and paid for, it will typically be dispatched in the next 1-2 business days, depending on order volume. Each item is handmade to your specification, so your patience is appreciated. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Shipping to all major areas takes 1-2 business days. Please do make sure to have your cellphone at hand in case your friendly courier needs to reach you.
Q: What do I do if I need my item adjusted? It is too big/small.
A: It is important to make sure you measure each size correctly. When each item is made, some space is added for a comfortable fit. If an item does need to be resized, it is at the cost of the customer to return it. The details and arrangements can be made via email at email@example.com.
Q: I am unable to pay via EFT, what can I do?
A: Payment can be easily done at an FNB ATM that accepts deposits. The account details to be used will be sent via email in your purchase confirmation.
Q: How do I measure my wrist?
A: Instructions to measure your wrist are in the information section of each bracelet. Simply measure the circumference of your wrist using a piece of string or an existing bracelet or watch. Measure this against a ruler. Please note that a typical wrist ranges from 14cm to 22cm, any larger or smaller is out of the normal range.
Q: What if I can't get the wrist measurement? The item is for a gift.
A: If possible, try to estimate the wrist size in relation to your own. If you are not sure at all, you can request the bracelet to be made adjustable in the comments section provided. Having the bracelet made to be adjustable might look less neat, so I do advise you to get the measurement. If you do require help sizing, please send a picture of the wrist to firstname.lastname@example.org and I can assist you from there.
